To return or exchange an item please fill out the dispute form given on the website or get in touch via email at
info@rosh.com.pk. Please provide the order number, product details, and the reason for the exchange request.
Once your request is received, we will exchange or initiate a refund via the original method of payment.
Please note that a return or exchange must be applied within 3 days after you have received your order.
If a faulty or wrong product is sent it will be exchanged without any delivery charges. However, if you want to exchange the product for any other reason the product will have to be sent to our warehouse address by the buyer with your name & order no.
Once the product is received our team will make sure the item is not used, stained, or worn out after that an exchange will be shipped to the buyer’s address.
A fee of Rs 450 will be charged to cover shipping/logistics and administrative costs at the time of delivery of your exchange.
