Our returns and exchange policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have passed since your order was delivered, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Any item which is defected, stained, or not as promised can be returned or exchanged.

Returns & Exchange Policy

We value your trust and strive to make your shopping experience smooth and reliable. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Duration & Validity

  • Our returns and exchange policy lasts 3 days from the date your order is delivered.
  • If 3 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange (except in cases where the product is faulty, stained, or not as described).

2. Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with tags attached.
  • It must be returned in original packaging.
  • Hijab caps and niqabs are not exchangeable or returnable due to hygiene reasons (unless the wrong or a faulty item is received).
  • Items will not be accepted if they are stained, soiled, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Returns/exchanges are not offered due to color or material dissatisfaction, as shades may vary slightly due to lighting/photography. Customers are requested to carefully read product descriptions (size, fabric, color, etc.) before checkout.

3. Process for Return / Exchange

  • Submit a request by filling out the Dispute Form on our website or by emailing info@rosh.com.pk.
  • Provide your order number, product details, and reason for the return/exchange.
  • Once your request is received, our team will review and confirm eligibility.

4. Brand-Initiated Returns/Exchanges

  • If you receive a defective, stained, wrong product, or incorrect size, we will arrange an exchange at no additional cost.
  • If the product is unavailable, you may either:
    Select an alternative item, or Receive a refund (processed within 5 working days via your original payment method).

5. Customer-Initiated Exchanges

If the customer wishes to exchange due to size/color preference (not due to a brand mistake):

  • The item must be sent back to our warehouse address with your name and order number.
  • Once received, our team will inspect the item to ensure it is unused, tagged, and in original condition.
  • A fee of PKR 450 will be charged to cover shipping, logistics, and handling costs. This will be collected via COD at the time of delivering the exchanged product.

6. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will only be issued if the brand is at fault (wrong, defective, or missing item).
  • No refunds will be offered for customer-initiated exchanges, change of mind, dislike, or incorrect order placement.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5 working days after the returned product is received and verified.

7. Ineligibility Summary

We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Hijab caps and niqabs (due to hygiene reasons).
  • Items that are stained, worn, used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
  • Requests made after 3 days of delivery.
  • Dissatisfaction based on color/material feel, when product details were already provided.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with tags attached. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note we don’t exchange hijab caps & niqabs due to hygiene reasons.  However, if the product you have received is damaged or defective or you have received the wrong product we are happy to exchange it without any extra charges.

Ineligibility

Items will not be accepted for return if they are stained, worn, soiled, or modified from their original condition.

We also do not exchange/return any products due to color/shade mismatching or material issues. Please note that original colors might differ from pictures due to light and camera settings. We request you to please read the complete product description and specifications before proceeding to check out(No exchanges will be made if the customer doesn’t read the details which have already been mentioned about the product such as size, material etc). We try to mention complete details on the product page to avoid any unpleasant experience.
