- Timeframe: Valid within 3 days of delivery.
- Condition: Item must be unused, unwashed, with tags and original packaging.
- Non-returnable: Hijab caps & niqabs are not returnable (except if wrong/faulty).
- No returns for color/material: Shades may vary; please read product details before purchase.
- Brand fault: Wrong, defective, or stained item = exchange/refund at no cost.
- Customer exchange: Size/color change = PKR 450 fee (collected on delivery).
- Refunds: Only if brand is at fault (processed within 5 working days).
