What is your delivery time?
Our delivery time is 3-5 working days after we’ve processed your order.
What are the delivery charges?
Our standard delivery charges are Rs. 200. These charges vary from product to product.
What if I haven’t received my order?
You can contact us any time and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please notify us if you haven't received your order within 15 days of dispatch.
How quickly do you ship?
We usually ship out orders within 48 hours. The standard delivery time for Karachi orders is 2-3 days and 4-5 days for intercity orders.
Can I modify or adjust my order?
No. Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.
What if the item I am looking for is not shown on the website?
If an item is no longer available on the website, it is out of stock.
